महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-110, verse-25

यथा काकश्च गृध्रश्च तथैवोपधिजीविनः ।
ऊर्ध्वं देहविमोक्षान्ते भवन्त्येतासु योनिषु ॥२५॥

ūrdhvaṁ dehavimokṣānte bhavantyetāsu yoniṣu.

25. Just as there are crows and vultures, so too are those who live by deceit. After the release from the body (death), they are reborn into these very species.
