महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-144, verse-4

क्वचिद्वहन्तो जननीं त्वरमाणा महारथाः ।
क्वचिच्छन्देन गच्छन्तस्ते जग्मुः प्रसभं पुनः ॥४॥
4. kvacidvahanto jananīṁ tvaramāṇā mahārathāḥ ,
kvacicchandena gacchantaste jagmuḥ prasabhaṁ punaḥ.
4. kvacit vahantaḥ jananīṃ tvaramāṇāḥ mahārathāḥ kvacit
chandena gacchantaḥ te jagmuḥ prasabhaṃ punaḥ
4. At times, the great charioteers (mahāratha) would carry their mother, hastening; and at other times, they would go as they pleased. Thus, they continued their journey, often with great speed.
