महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-130, verse-8

दुर्योधन उवाच ।
एवमेतन्मया तात भावितं दोषमात्मनि ।
दृष्ट्वा प्रकृतयः सर्वा अर्थमानेन योजिताः ॥८॥
8. duryodhana uvāca ,
evametanmayā tāta bhāvitaṁ doṣamātmani ,
dṛṣṭvā prakṛtayaḥ sarvā arthamānena yojitāḥ.
8. duryodhanaḥ uvāca evam etat mayā tāta bhāvitam doṣam
ātmani dṛṣṭvā prakṛtayaḥ sarvāḥ arthamānena yojitāḥ
8. Duryodhana said: "O father, I have indeed considered this defect in myself, having observed that all the subjects are motivated by wealth and honor."
