महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-120, verse-10

स तु ज्ञानगरीयस्त्वात्तपसश्च समन्वयात् ।
अवतस्थे महाप्राज्ञो धैर्येण परमेण ह ॥१०॥
10. sa tu jñānagarīyastvāttapasaśca samanvayāt ,
avatasthe mahāprājño dhairyeṇa parameṇa ha.

10. But that greatly wise one, by virtue of the profoundness of his knowledge and the power of his spiritual austerity (tapas), indeed remained firm with supreme fortitude.
