महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-102, verse-13

क्रियमाणेषु कृत्येषु कुमाराणां महात्मनाम् ।
पौरजानपदाः सर्वे बभूवुः सततोत्सवाः ॥१३॥
13. kriyamāṇeṣu kṛtyeṣu kumārāṇāṁ mahātmanām ,
paurajānapadāḥ sarve babhūvuḥ satatotsavāḥ.
