योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-124, verse-13

तथैव तैर्विपश्चिद्भिः सर्वदिक्कं तथा स्थितैः ।
तथा व्यवहृतं प्राप्तमेकसंविन्मयैरपि ॥ १३ ॥

13. In the same way, by those wise ones (vipaścit) who are universally present and thus established, and who, though consisting of a single consciousness (eka-saṃvinmaya), also manifested actions and achieved results.
