कथं भोगाधिनाथत्वं संसारित्वं बभूव च ।
श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।

7. How did lordship over worldly pleasures and transmigration (saṃsāra) come into existence? Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: 'Listen, Rama, to the ancient account, the dialogue between Bhṛgu and Kāla.'
