कर्मेन्द्रियैर्यत्क्रियते तद्रोद्धुं किल युज्यते ।
न मनोनिश्चयकृतं कश्चिद्रोधयितुं क्षमः ॥ १८ ॥

Indeed, what is done by the organs of action (karmendriyas) can be restrained. But no one is capable of restraining that which is accomplished by mental resolve.
