योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-1, chapter-13, verse-4

एषा हि पदमेकत्र न निबध्नाति दुर्भगा ।
दग्धेवानियताचारमितश्चेतश्च धावति ॥ ४ ॥

4. eṣā hi padam ekatra na nibadhnāti durbhagā
dagdhā iva aniyatācāram itaḥ cetaḥ ca dhāvati

4. Indeed, this unfortunate one (mind/worry) does not keep her foot (position) fixed in one place. Like one who is burned, she roams hither and thither with unrestrained conduct.

4. העושר האומלל הזה אינו נשאר יציב במקום אחד; כמו יצור מבוהל ומשוגע, הוא רץ אנה ואנה ללא סדר.
