वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-77, verse-6

क्षीयमाणे तु लोके ऽस्मिन् संभ्रान्तमनसः सुराः ।
यदुक्तं विष्णुना पूर्वं तं यज्ञं समुपानयन् ॥६॥
6. kṣīyamāṇe tu loke'smin saṃbhrāntamanasaḥ surāḥ ,
yaduktaṃ viṣṇunā pūrvaṃ taṃ yajñaṃ samupānayan.
6. kṣīyamāṇe tu loke asmin saṃbhrāntamanasaḥ surāḥ
yat uktam viṣṇunā pūrvam tam yajñam samupānayan
6. tu asmin loke kṣīyamāṇe saṃbhrāntamanasaḥ surāḥ
tam yajñam samupānayan yat pūrvam viṣṇunā uktam
6. But as this world was diminishing, the gods, with bewildered minds, then performed that Vedic ritual (yajña) which had been previously instructed by Viṣṇu.
