वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-7, chapter-74, verse-19

प्रजानां पालनं धर्मो राज्ञां यज्ञेन संमितः ।
तस्माच्छृणोमि ते वाक्यं साधूक्तं सुसमाहितम् ॥१९॥
19. prajānāṃ pālanaṃ dharmo rājñāṃ yajñena saṃmitaḥ ,
tasmācchṛṇomi te vākyaṃ sādhūktaṃ susamāhitam.
