वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-53, verse-3

स प्रविश्य तु तद्वेश्म रावणो राक्षसाधिपः ।
अपश्यद् राक्षसीमध्ये सीतां शोकपरायणम् ॥३॥
3. sa praviśya tu tadveśma rāvaṇo rākṣasādhipaḥ ,
apaśyad rākṣasīmadhye sītāṃ śokaparāyaṇam.
