वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-84, verse-9

तथेति च प्रतिज्ञाय भरद्वाजो महातपाः ।
भरतं प्रत्युवाचेदं राघवस्नेहबन्धनात् ॥९॥
9. tatheti ca pratijñāya bharadvājo mahātapāḥ ,
bharataṃ pratyuvācedaṃ rāghavasnehabandhanāt.
9. tathā iti ca pratijñāya bharadvājaḥ mahātapāḥ
bharatam prati uvāca idam rāghavasnehabandhanāt
9. mahātapāḥ bharadvājaḥ tathā iti ca pratijñāya
rāghavasnehabandhanāt bharatam prati idam uvāca
9. And having assented with "So be it," Bharadvaja, the great ascetic, spoke this to Bharata, out of a bond of affection for Rama (Raghava).
