Indeed, this kingdom, having been seized (ātta), is like liquor (surā) from which the essence (sāra) has been extracted. Rama is not able to accept (abhimantum) it, just as one would not accept a sacrifice (adhvara) whose soma has been lost (naṣṭasoma).
