वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-1, chapter-2, verse-37

इत्युक्त्वा भगवान्ब्रह्मा तत्रैवान्तरधीयत ।
ततः सशिष्यो वाल्मीकिर्मुनिर्विस्मयमाययौ ॥३७॥
37. ityuktvā bhagavānbrahmā tatraivāntaradhīyata ,
tataḥ saśiṣyo vālmīkirmunirvismayamāyayau.

tataḥ saśiṣyaḥ vālmīkiḥ muniḥ vismayam āyayau

37. Having spoken thus, the divine Lord Brahmā (Brahmā) disappeared right there. Thereafter, Sage Vālmīki (Vālmīki), along with his disciples, was filled with astonishment.
