बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-76, verse-9

कान्तिमान् भारवाही च प्रियवाक् पृथिवीपतिः ।
बहुमित्रा मृदुर्विद्वान् जलप्रकृतिसम्भवः ॥९॥
