बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-76, verse-8

शब्दार्थवित् सुनीतिज्ञो प्रगल्भो ज्ञानसंयुतः ।
विवृतास्योऽतिदीर्घश्च व्योमप्रकृतिसम्भवः ॥८॥

8. A person born of the nature of ether (vyoma prakṛti) is knowledgeable about the meanings of words, understands good policy, is confident, endowed with knowledge, has a wide mouth, and is very tall.
