तदा च शोकसन्तापौ वायुच्छाया यदा भवेत् ॥१५॥

When the shadow of wind (vāyucchāyā) is present, there will be impurity, foolishness, a demonic nature, and diseases arising from imbalances of the wind (pavana) element. Then, there will also be sorrow and distress.
