बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-76, verse-10

वायुतत्त्वाधिको दाता क्रोधी गौरोऽटनप्रियः ।
भूपतिश्च दुराधर्षः कृशाङ्गो जायते जनः ॥१०॥
10. vāyutattvādhiko dātā krodhī gauro'ṭanapriyaḥ .
bhūpatiśca durādharṣaḥ kṛśāṅgo jāyate janaḥ.

bhūpatiḥ ca durādharṣaḥ kṛśāṅgaḥ jāyate janaḥ
10. A person (jana) born with a predominance of the air element (vāyutattva) becomes generous, wrathful, fair-skinned, fond of wandering, a ruler (bhūpati), unassailable, and lean-bodied.
