लग्नेन्दू केतुसंयुक्तौ लग्नपे निधनं गते ।
मारकेशयुते दृष्टे जातो वै निर्धनो भवेत् ॥४॥

4. lagnendū ketusaṃyuktau lagnape nidhanaṃ gate .
mārakeśayute dṛṣṭe jāto vai nirdhano bhavet.

4. lagna indū ketusaṃyuktau lagnape nidhanam gate
mārakeśayute dṛṣṭe jātaḥ vai nirdhanaḥ bhavet

4. If the lord of the ascendant and the Moon are conjoined with Ketu, and when the lord of the ascendant is situated in the eighth house and is conjoined with or aspected by a death-inflicting planet (mārakeśa), then the person born will certainly become devoid of wealth.
