बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-31, verse-7

एकग्रहा कनिष्ठा सा द्विग्रहा मध्यमा स्मृता ।
अर्गला द्व्यधिकोत्पन्ना मुनिभिः कथितोत्तमा ॥७॥

7. That (argala) which is formed by one planet is considered inferior, and that formed by two planets is considered medium. An `argala` that arises from more than two planets is declared excellent by the sages.
