तृतीये सोदरादीनां सुखमुक्तं मनीषिभिः ॥१३॥

And O Brahmin, if the second house (of wealth) has an `argala` (planetary intervention), the native will be endowed with wealth and grains. Regarding the third house, the wise declare happiness for siblings and relatives.
