तदा जातोऽतिविख्यातो बहुभाग्ययुतो भवेत् ॥११॥

When there is no manifest `argala` (planetary intervention or obstruction) in the ascendant (lagna) house or the seventh house (descendant), the person born then becomes very famous and endowed with great fortune.
