मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-64, verse-9

ततः कलाभिः सोमस्य वर्धन्तीभिरहः क्षये ।
आप्याय्यमानाहरहो वृद्धिं यातास्मि सत्तम ॥९॥
9. tataḥ kalābhiḥ somasya vardhantībhirahaḥ kṣaye .
āpyāyyamānāharaho vṛddhiṃ yātāsmi sattama.

āpyāyyamānā aharahaḥ vṛddhim yātā asmi sattama
9. Then, O excellent one, I achieved growth day by day, being nourished by the increasing phases of the moon as each day concluded.
