महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-59, verse-19

तस्याद्य गृध्राः श्येनाश्च वडगोमायवस्तथा ।
भक्षयिष्यन्ति मांसानि ये चान्ये पुरुषादकाः ॥१९॥

bhakṣayiṣyanti māṁsāni ye cānye puruṣādakāḥ.

19. Today, vultures, hawks, and also jackals will devour his flesh, as will other flesh-eating creatures.
