Sanjaya said: In battle, the five Pāṇḍavas, along with Krishna (sakṛṣṇāḥ), whose actions were exceedingly fierce (atyugrakarmāṇaḥ) and whose tireless effort (vyañjitaśramāḥ) was manifested through their deeds, were difficult even for the gods (devaiḥ) to overcome.
