महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-77, verse-6

स हि धर्मं च सत्यं च त्यक्त्वा चरति दुर्मतिः ।

6. Indeed, that evil-minded person abandons both his natural law (dharma) and truth and acts (accordingly). He is certainly not tormented by such a deed (karma).
