अहं हि तत्करिष्यामि परं पुरुषकारतः ।
दैवं तु न मया शक्यं कर्म कर्तुं कथंचन ॥५॥

5. I will certainly accomplish that with my utmost human effort (puruṣakāra). However, I cannot perform any divine (destined) action myself in any way.
