महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-61, verse-6

पितामहस्तिष्ठतु ते समीपे द्रोणश्च सर्वे च नरेन्द्रमुख्याः ।
यथाप्रधानेन बलेन यात्वा पार्थान्हनिष्यामि ममैष भारः ॥६॥
6. pitāmahastiṣṭhatu te samīpe; droṇaśca sarve ca narendramukhyāḥ ,
yathāpradhānena balena yātvā; pārthānhaniṣyāmi mamaiṣa bhāraḥ.

6. Let the Grandfather (Bhīṣma) stand beside you, and Droṇa, and all the chief kings. I will go forth with my full strength and kill the Pārthas. This is my responsibility.
