महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-188, verse-2

तानुवाच ततः कन्या तपोवृद्धानृषींस्तदा ।
निराकृतास्मि भीष्मेण भ्रंशिता पतिधर्मतः ॥२॥
2. tānuvāca tataḥ kanyā tapovṛddhānṛṣīṁstadā ,
nirākṛtāsmi bhīṣmeṇa bhraṁśitā patidharmataḥ.

nirākṛtā asmi bhīṣmeṇa bhraṃśitā patidharmataḥ

2. Then, the maiden said to those sages, who were venerable due to their ascetic practice (tapas): "I have been rejected by Bhishma and deprived of the rightful role of a wife (pati-dharma)."
