सुहृद्भवान्मम मतः सुहृदां च मतः सुहृत् ।
ईप्सितेनाभिलाषेण योक्तव्यो विभवे सति ॥१७॥

17. suhṛdbhavānmama mataḥ suhṛdāṁ ca mataḥ suhṛt ,
īpsitenābhilāṣeṇa yoktavyo vibhave sati.

17. You are indeed regarded as my friend, and a friend to all friends. When one possesses the means (vibhava), one's desired aspiration should be fulfilled.
