महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-57, verse-15

तस्य तद्दहतः सैन्यं दृष्ट्वा चैव पराक्रमम् ।
सर्वे शान्तिपरा योधा धार्तराष्ट्रस्य पश्यतः ॥१५॥
15. tasya taddahataḥ sainyaṁ dṛṣṭvā caiva parākramam ,
sarve śāntiparā yodhā dhārtarāṣṭrasya paśyataḥ.
15. tasya tat dahataḥ sainyam dṛṣṭvā ca eva parākramam
sarve śāntiparā yodhā dhārtarāṣṭrasya paśyataḥ
15. Having witnessed his prowess and that destruction of the army by him, all the warriors of Dhṛtarāṣṭra's son became inclined to peace, even as Dhṛtarāṣṭra's son himself watched.
