महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-57, verse-14

दर्शयित्वा तथात्मानं रौद्रं रुद्रपराक्रमः ।
अवरुद्धश्चरन्पार्थो दशवर्षाणि त्रीणि च ।
क्रोधाग्निमुत्सृजद्घोरं धार्तराष्ट्रेषु पाण्डवः ॥१४॥
14. darśayitvā tathātmānaṁ raudraṁ rudraparākramaḥ ,
avaruddhaścaranpārtho daśavarṣāṇi trīṇi ca ,
krodhāgnimutsṛjadghoraṁ dhārtarāṣṭreṣu pāṇḍavaḥ.

14. The Pāṇḍava (Arjuna), who possessed the valor of Rudra, having thus displayed his fierce self (ātman) after being obstructed and living in exile for thirteen years (ten and three), was now unleashing a dreadful fire of anger upon the sons of Dhṛtarāṣṭra.
