महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-54, verse-18

तथा तु विमुखे पार्थे द्रोणपुत्रस्य सायकान् ।
त्वरिताः पुरुषा राजन्नुपाजह्रुः सहस्रशः ॥१८॥
18. tathā tu vimukhe pārthe droṇaputrasya sāyakān ,
tvaritāḥ puruṣā rājannupājahruḥ sahasraśaḥ.

18. But when Arjuna had thus turned his face away, O King, swift men brought thousands of arrows for Drona's son (Aśvatthāmā).
