महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-98, verse-20

ततो दधीचः परमप्रतीतः सुरोत्तमांस्तानिदमभ्युवाच ।
करोमि यद्वो हितमद्य देवाः स्वं चापि देहं त्वहमुत्सृजामि ॥२०॥

20. tato dadhīcaḥ paramapratītaḥ; surottamāṁstānidamabhyuvāca ,
karomi yadvo hitamadya devāḥ; svaṁ cāpi dehaṁ tvahamutsṛjāmi.

20. tataḥ dadhīcaḥ paramapratītaḥ
sura-uttamān tān idam abhyuvāca
karomi yat vaḥ hitam adya devāḥ svam
ca api deham tu aham utsṛjāmi

20. Then Dadhichi, greatly pleased, said this to the supreme gods: "O gods, I will do whatever is beneficial for you today. Indeed, I will even give up my own body."

20. אז דַדְהִיצ׳ַה, שמח מאוד, אמר לאלים המשובחים האלה, אעשה היום את מה שטוב לכם, הו אלים, ואני עצמי אוותר גם על גופי.
