महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-243, verse-24

भ्रातॄणां च प्रियं राजन्स चकार परंतपः ।
निश्चित्य मनसा वीरो दत्तभुक्तफलं धनम् ॥२४॥
24. bhrātṝṇāṁ ca priyaṁ rājansa cakāra paraṁtapaḥ ,
niścitya manasā vīro dattabhuktaphalaṁ dhanam.
24. bhrātṝṇām ca priyam rājan sa cakāra paraṃtapaḥ
niścitya manasā vīraḥ dattabhuktaphalám dhanam
24. And O King, that hero, the tormentor of enemies (Duryodhana), also did what was pleasing to his brothers, having resolved in his mind concerning the wealth that had yielded its benefits through being given and enjoyed.
