महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-132, verse-9

उपालब्धः शिष्यमध्ये महर्षिः स तं कोपादुदरस्थं शशाप ।
यस्मात्कुक्षौ वर्तमानो ब्रवीषि तस्माद्वक्रो भवितास्यष्टकृत्वः ॥९॥
9. upālabdhaḥ śiṣyamadhye maharṣiḥ; sa taṁ kopādudarasthaṁ śaśāpa ,
yasmātkukṣau vartamāno bravīṣi; tasmādvakro bhavitāsyaṣṭakṛtvaḥ.
9. upālabdhaḥ śiṣyamadhye maharṣiḥ sa
tam kopāt udarastham śaśāpa yasmāt
kukṣau vartamānaḥ bravīṣi tasmāt
vakraḥ bhavitā asi aṣṭakṛtvaḥ
9. The great sage, being reproached amidst his disciples, angrily cursed him who was in the womb: "Because you speak while residing in the womb, therefore you shall become eightfold crooked."
