उक्तस्त्वेवं भार्यया वै कहोडो वित्तस्यार्थे जनकमथाभ्यगच्छत् ।

13. Kahoḍa, having been thus instructed by his wife for the sake of wealth, then approached King Janaka. Indeed, that Brahmin was then defeated by the expert debater Bandin and subsequently immersed in the water.
