महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-32, verse-10

न कश्चिदाहरत्तत्र सहस्रावरमर्हणम् ।
रत्नैश्च बहुभिस्तत्र धर्मराजमवर्धयन् ॥१०॥
10. na kaścidāharattatra sahasrāvaramarhaṇam ,
ratnaiśca bahubhistatra dharmarājamavardhayan.

10. No one there brought an offering worth less than a thousand. And with many jewels, they further enriched the king who upholds natural law (dharma-rāja) [Yudhiṣṭhira].
