महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-32, verse-8

क्षत्ता व्ययकरस्त्वासीद्विदुरः सर्वधर्मवित् ।
दुर्योधनस्त्वर्हणानि प्रतिजग्राह सर्वशः ॥८॥
8. kṣattā vyayakarastvāsīdviduraḥ sarvadharmavit ,
duryodhanastvarhaṇāni pratijagrāha sarvaśaḥ.
8. kṣattā vyayakaraḥ tu āsīt viduraḥ sarvadharmavit
duryodhanaḥ tu arhaṇāni pratijagrāha sarvaśaḥ
8. Vidura, who was the chamberlain (kṣattā) and knew all principles of natural law (dharma), served as the treasurer. Duryodhana, however, completely accepted all the offerings.
