महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-133, verse-16

सर्वभूतेष्वपि च वै ब्राह्मणो मोक्षमर्हति ।
कार्या चापचितिस्तेषां सर्वस्वेनापि या भवेत् ॥१६॥

16. Indeed, among all beings, a brahmin is worthy of liberation (mokṣa). And the reverence (apaciti) due to them should be performed, even with all one's possessions, whatever that may entail.
