महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-11, chapter-5, verse-6

स तद्वनं व्यनुसरन्विप्रधावनितस्ततः ।
वीक्षमाणो दिशः सर्वाः शरणं क्व भवेदिति ॥६॥

6. sa tadvanaṁ vyanusaranvipradhāvanitastataḥ ,
vīkṣamāṇo diśaḥ sarvāḥ śaraṇaṁ kva bhavediti.

vīkṣamāṇaḥ diśaḥ sarvāḥ śaraṇam kva bhavet iti

6. He pursued that forest, running hither and thither, looking in all directions, (thinking to himself,) "where could there be refuge?"
