महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-225, verse-3

न संतापो हि वः कार्यः पुत्रका मरणं प्रति ।
ऋषीन्वेद हुताशोऽपि ब्रह्म तद्विदितं च वः ॥३॥
3. na saṁtāpo hi vaḥ kāryaḥ putrakā maraṇaṁ prati ,
ṛṣīnveda hutāśo'pi brahma tadviditaṁ ca vaḥ.
3. na saṃtāpaḥ hi vaḥ kāryaḥ putrakāḥ maraṇam prati
ṛṣīn veda hutāśaḥ api brahma tat viditam ca vaḥ
3. Indeed, my sons, you should not lament over death. Even the fire god (hutāśa) knows the sages (ṛṣi) and Brahman, and this is also known to you.
