10. yadā prasanno bhagavānmahādevo bhaviṣyati ,
tubhyaṁ tadā pradāsyāmi pāṇḍavāstrāṇi sarvaśaḥ.

When the divine Lord (bhagavān) Mahadeva (Lord Shiva) is pleased, then, O son of Pāṇḍu, I will give you all the weapons completely.
