स युवाभ्यां सहायाभ्यामस्त्रविद्भ्यां समागतः ।
दहेयं खाण्डवं दावमेतदन्नं वृतं मया ॥१०॥

10. sa yuvābhyāṁ sahāyābhyāmastravidbhyāṁ samāgataḥ ,
daheyaṁ khāṇḍavaṁ dāvametadannaṁ vṛtaṁ mayā.

10. Having approached you two, who are skilled in weapons and act as my assistants, I could consume the Khāṇḍava forest. This (forest) has been chosen by me as food.
