प्रदक्षिणं तौ प्रगृहीतपाणी समानयामास स वेदपारगः ।
ततोऽभ्यनुज्ञाय तमाजिशोभिनं पुरोहितो राजगृहाद्विनिर्ययौ ॥१२॥

12. pradakṣiṇaṁ tau pragṛhītapāṇī; samānayāmāsa sa vedapāragaḥ ,
tato'bhyanujñāya tamājiśobhinaṁ; purohito rājagṛhādviniryayau.

12. That expert in the Vedas led the couple, who had joined hands, in a clockwise circumambulation. Then, having given his blessing to Yudhishthira, who was resplendent in battle, the family priest departed from the king's house.

12. הכוהן, הבקי בוֵדוֹת, הוליך את שניהם, ידיהם אחוזות, בהקפה סביב האש. אחר כך נטל רשות מהמלך הזוהר בחצר, והכוהן יצא מבית המלך.
