महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-152, verse-10

ततः सहस्रशो राजन्नरा नगरवासिनः ।
तत्राजग्मुर्बकं द्रष्टुं सस्त्रीवृद्धकुमारकाः ॥१०॥
10. tataḥ sahasraśo rājannarā nagaravāsinaḥ ,
tatrājagmurbakaṁ draṣṭuṁ sastrīvṛddhakumārakāḥ.

ājagmuḥ bakam draṣṭum sa-strī-vṛddha-kumārakāḥ
10. Then, O King, thousands of city dwellers, including women, the elderly, and children, came there to see Baka.
