महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-104, verse-4

सा नियुक्ता पितुर्गेहे देवतातिथिपूजने ।
उग्रं पर्यचरद्घोरं ब्राह्मणं संशितव्रतम् ॥४॥
4. sā niyuktā piturgehe devatātithipūjane ,
ugraṁ paryacaradghoraṁ brāhmaṇaṁ saṁśitavratam.

pari-acarat ghoram brāhmaṇam saṃśita-vratam
