योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-72, verse-11

ब्रह्मा संकल्पमात्रात्मा निराकृतिरिदं स्थितम् ।
जगदित्येव जातो मे निश्चयः कथयेतरत् ॥ ११ ॥
brahmā saṃkalpamātrātmā nirākṛtiridaṃ sthitam ,
jagadityeva jāto me niścayaḥ kathayetarat 11

jagat iti eva jātaḥ me niścayaḥ kathaya itarat
11. brahmā saṅkalpamātrātmā nirākṛtiḥ idam jagat

11. My conviction has become firm: that Brahmā is formless, with the essence of pure intention (saṅkalpa), and that this universe exists simply as that. Please tell me the rest.
