योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-210, verse-39

लोके शास्त्रे च वेदे च यत्सिद्धं सिद्धमेव तत् ।
संवेद्यते तदेवातस्तदेवं फलति स्फुटम् ॥ ३९ ॥

loke śāstre ca vede ca yatsiddhaṃ siddhameva tat ,
saṃvedyate tadevātastadevaṃ phalati sphuṭam 39

39. The way that is established by the Vedas, and received by the general assent of wisemen; is to be acknowledged, as the right path leading to sure success.
